What happens to my baby's photo?

The photo you upload is never stored on our servers. It is held in memory only while the sketch is made. Generated sketches are deleted automatically after 24 hours, so download the one you want to keep. A sketch you share by link is the exception: it stays online until you ask support to remove it.

What size should I print for a nursery?

For a small frame on a shelf the free 1K version is enough, though it carries a watermark. For a wall print, a paid pack gives you 2K or 4K with no watermark.
