Questions

Do I own the commercial rights to the sketches?
Yes. You retain 100% commercial rights to the sketches you generate, sell them on mugs, prints, apparel, or anything else, with no licensing fees or royalties to us. You're responsible for having the rights to the original photo you upload; see our Terms.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every plan is a single one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
What is a token worth?
Tokens are spent per sketch, based on the output resolution you pick. The exact cost is shown before you generate, and if a generation fails on our side the tokens go straight back to your balance.
Does buying remove the watermark?
Yes, permanently. Once you have bought any plan, every download and every preview is clean, including sketches you generated before you paid.
Do tokens expire?
Never. They sit on your account until you use them. Note that generated images themselves are deleted from our servers after 24 hours, so download anything you want to keep. Images you share by link stay online until you ask support to remove them.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens are spent, but if something has gone wrong, email us , we would rather fix it than argue about it. See the Terms of Service.
